Our private guesthouse is situated in Kappl - Untermühl. Kappl in the romantic Paznaun is the ideal place
for wintervacations or summerholidays in the Tyrolean Mountains.

Discription of arrival:
Exit Pians - direction Paznaun - Ischgl.
Stay now on the Silvretta federal highway (B188) until Kappl Lochau.
Turn right to the village center. Turn again right at the church, and pass the bacery. Follow this road until "Schmiedsegg". Now turn right to "Niederhof". Follow this road until the district "Untermühl". Turn left at the garage, after the curve you can see our house.
